Presenter Information 

As you prepare your presentations, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Ensure your content matches what was written in your proposal. Minor changes are acceptable. Sessions must align with the content in the original proposal.
• Refrain from sharing political opinions or making statements of a political nature.
• Keep language collaborative, professional, and positive. Presentations should help attendees develop professionally. Venting and criticizing are not acceptable.

Please use the slide deck template linked below for all AzSCA Conference sessions.

Presenters are responsible for bringing their own laptops with their slide decks to their assigned presentation time/room.

Breakout session rooms will be set theater style.

AzSCA will provide:
• Screen and projector
• HDMI cable
• Room moderator

Please bring your slide deck on your own laptop. You may also need to bring a dongle to connect to the projector via the provided HDMI cable. Please check your laptop to see if it has a direct HDMI connection or if a dongle is needed.

We are expecting approximately 650 counselors will attend this year. Breakout session rooms have the following capacities:

We encourage you to check the technology in your breakout room prior to your session to ensure your laptop connects to the projector properly. Below are times when you may enter your breakout room to prep.
