Exhibit Details

Each exhibit table includes one six foot table, two chairs, and access to wifi. Electricity is available for an additional fee. Contact Erin Woodell at erin@azsca.org for assistance.

Exhibit Display Guidlines

Please limit your exhibit display to the area of your exhibit table. Tabletop displays are permitted. Freestanding floor banners are acceptable depending upon table location and space. Exhibitors are permitted to provide any type of literature, giveaways, raffle prizes, etc.

Shipping

If you need to ship your display or materials, please plan to have them arrive at the venue after January 27, 2025. Please clearly mark your boxes with your organization's name and the words EXHIBIT TABLE to ensure delivery to your exhibit.

Exhibitor/Sponsor Conduct

Sponsor and exhibitor name badges may not be exchanged between individuals.
There is a $50 replacement fee for lost badges.
Sponsors and exhibitors are not permitted to attend breakout sessions unless they are listed as an official presenter.
Sponsors and exhibitors are not permitted to attend plenary sessions (keynotes, luncheons, etc.), with the exception of the exhibitors whose tables are located within the ballroom. These exhibitors must sit at their exhibit table during plenary sessions.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be served their included meals at their exhibit tables.
Sponsors and exhibitors are not to conduct business outside their assigned table space.

Attendee Information

We are expecting approximately 700 counselors to attend this year. Please plan your materials accordingly.
