Please use the online form to create a new membership or renew an existing membership. Credit Cards and PO payments are accepted. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge. If paying by PO, please upload your PO when prompted, and email your PO to business.manager@azsca.org. Membership purchases and renewals that are paid by PO will not be recognized until the PO has been submitted. Please contact cien@azsca.org with questions.
