Exhibit Table Assignments
  • Exhibit spaces include one 6' table and two chairs.
  • All exhibit tables are assigned. View Table Assignments.
  • Wi-fi is complimentary. 
  • Space is limited-- please do not bring large displays. Pop-up vertical banners and tabletop displays are permitted.
  • Exhibitors may bring any promotional materials, giveaways, products for sale, etc.

  • Your company name
  • AzSCA Conference February 3-4
  • Failure to Include this Information could result in lost/delayed packages to your exhibit.

Please ensure your packages arrive on or after January 29.

All exhibitors must check-in with conference staff and obtain a name badge. Name badges are requested through the Exhibit Staff Registration Form sent to the lead contacts. Exhibit staff is not permitted to attend the conference without pre-registering. 

Sunday, February 2, 2020
  • Exhibitors may check-in and set up from 2pm-5pm on Sunday, Feb. 2. Exhibitor check-in will be located inside the conference center during this time. There is no earlier check-in.
Monday, February 3 - First Day of Conference
  • Exhibitor check-in and setup from 7:30am to 8:00am.
  • Check-in will be located in the We-Ko-Pa Hotel Lobby. Exhibitors must check-in before proceeding to the conference center.
  • Attendees arrive starting at 8:00am
  • Exhibit hours are 8:00am to 4:10pm
Tuesday, February 4 - Second Day of Conference
  • Exhibitor check-in and setup from 7:30am to 8:00am
  • Attendees arrive starting at 8:00am
  • Exhibit hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm.
