Sponsor exhibit spaces are located in the large Pre-Function area labeled on the map in the link above. The exhibit hall is located in Room 111.
  • Exhibit spaces include one 6' table and two chairs.
  • Exhibit tables are assigned. You will receive your assignment the week of January 14.
  • Wi-fi is complimentary. Power is available for a fee.
  • One breakfast and one lunch are provided per day, unless otherwise specified in your sponsorship package. You can purchase additional meal tickets here: https://form.jotform.com/81136505972963). Other on-site dining options are available.
  • Space is limited in the exhibit hall-- please do not bring large displays. Pop-up vertical banners and tabletop displays are permitted.
  • Exhibitors may bring any promotional materials, giveaways, products for sale, etc.

Packages can arrive after January 30. Please ensure your packages do not arrive before January 30.

Sunday, February 3, 2019
  • Exhibitors make check-in and set up from 3pm-5pm on Sunday, Feb. 3.
Monday, February 4 - First Day of Conference
  • Exhibitor check-in and setup from 7:30am to 8:00am
  • Attendees arrive starting at 8:00am
  • Exhibit hours are 8:00am to 4:10pm
Tuesday, February 5 - Second Day of Conference
  • Exhibitor check-in and setup from 7:30am to 8:00am
  • Attendees arrive starting at 8:00am
  • Exhibit hours are 8:00am to 3:30pm.
