||The Innovative School Counseling Program Award recognizes unique and effective counseling strategies, methods, activities, practices and instruction that promote student engagement, pro-social choices, academic achievement, or successful transition for all students. The applicant (s) must provide goals, pre and post-test data to show significant results. Examples: increased graduation rates, decreased discipline incidents/increased pro-social choices, increased college attendance rates, increased course rigor, higher enrollment in CTE (career and technical education courses/completion/ externships).
