Refund & Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONFERENCE ATTENDEES
AzSCA considers a counselor registered when the counselor has registered online, and they have submitted a check, credit card, or PO for payment of their registration. Registration cancellations will be accepted up to January 7, 2019, less a $25 cancellation fee. No registration cancellations will be accepted after January 7, 2019.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SPONSORS AND EXHIBITORS
Once payment is made, there are no cancellations or refunds for any sponsorship associated with the conference. This policy applies to sponsorship packages priced at $750 or more.
Exhibit booth cancellations must be received in writing on or before November 30, 2018. There is a $100 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations after November 30, 2018. This policy applies to organizations who have purchased an exhibit hall table only.
There are no refunds for advertisements or promotions.
